    How far do you travel?

    We cook anywhere within about an hour of Bend — Tumalo, Sisters, Redmond, Sunriver and the surrounding ranches and vineyards. Farther afield is possible for the full evening; just ask and we’ll work out travel.

    What do you need on-site?

    A flat, ventilated spot roughly the size of a parking space for the oven and a prep table, plus reasonable access to roll in. We bring the fuel, the fire, and everything that comes off it.

    Can you cook for dietary needs?

    Yes — vegetarian and vegan plates are part of every menu, and we can build around gluten-free and common allergies with notice. Tell us in your message and we’ll plan for it.

    How do I hold a date?

    Send the date and headcount, we’ll confirm we’re free and sketch a menu, and a signed estimate with a deposit locks it in. There’s no charge just to ask.
